WAITING TIME POLICY - AIRPORT SERVICE

For airport meet and greet, your driver will wait up to 45 minutes after the official arrival time of your flight at no extra charge. We monitor flight times: the waiting time is from the actual arrival time, not the ticketed schedule. When no flight tracking is available, the scheduled arrival time or the agreed upon pickup time will be considered the arrival time. Waiting time is $1 + GST per minute there after. It is VERY IMPORTANT to contact your driver or our office via text, email, or phone if you miss your connection or are delayed exiting the airport due to customs hold-ups or tracking lost baggage. Both YVR and YXX have good free Wi-Fi. If your driver is unable to contact you within 45 minutes of your flights arrival time, they will assume you missed your flight. We do not refund no-shows. For airport departures, we will wait at the booked pickup location for 15 minutes at no extra charge, after which the waiting fee applies. If no contact is made within 45 minutes, the driver will assume a no-show and will leave. We do not refund no-shows.

WAITING TIME POLICY - TOURS

Your driver will arrive at the agreed upon time. You will be contacted using the pre-established method - usually text. If you cannot find your driver at the start of your tour, please contact the driver directly, or our office via text, phone, or email. If, after 60 minutes, neither your driver or our office can connect with you, your driver will assume a “no show” and will leave. We do not refund no-shows. If you are running late and connect with us, your driver will wait as requested. However, the tour schedule starts at the originally booked time. You will have the option to modify the tour to finish on time, or pay our overtime rate to enjoy the full tour as originally planned. Our current over-time rate is $1 + GST per minute.

CHILDREN & CAR SEAT POLICY

Children in BC must use a child car seat or a booster seat until their 9th birthday, or they reach a height of 4’9” (145 cm). Please provide the age of children in the “Additional Info” section of your booking request, or send us a separate message so we can provide the correct seat to keep them safe. Due to the high cost of quality certified car seats, cleaning between clients, and the mandatory expiry date, we charge $15 + GST to supply a child seat. If your child is over 18kg (40 lbs) we can supply a booster seat for $5 + GST. If you are traveling with your own car seat, we will install it in our car no extra charge. Please reserve car seats 24 hours in advance or at the time of booking to ensure availability. Drivers do not carry car seats unless pre-booked due to cargo space limitations.

Refund Policy

We refund 100% of your payment for most day tours canceled with at least 24 hours notice. The exception will be tours requiring payments made by Harling services Inc. on your behalf that are non-refundable to us. “Epic” tours lasting longer than one day will have a different refund and cancellation policy. We disclose the cancellation and refund policy for your specific tour or service prior to your booking commitment. An example of a non-refundable will be the non-refundable ferry reservation fee required for Vancouver-Victoria tours.

For airport pickups you may cancel for any reason with more than 24 hours notice for a full refund. You must notify us as soon as possible by text, email, or phone, if you miss your flight or connection for any reason. If you are delayed with less than 24 hours notice due to missed connections or rescheduled flights, we will gladly re-schedule your car service with no extra charge. There is no refund for no-shows.

Pet Policy

Certified service dogs are permitted to travel inside the passenger compartment. We will carry pets provided they are contained in an appropriate travel crate. The primary person booking the excursion is liable for any damage or clean up caused by animals.
