Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can you accommodate wheelchair users?

A: Yes, provided the client can move from the chair to a regular car seat. Your driver/guide can offer limited assistance moving from the chair into the seat. We will stow the chair in the rear of the vehicle and set it up again upon arrival. We do not currently run vehicles with power lifts or the option to remain in the wheelchair inside the vehicle.

Q: I have limited mobility and can’t do physically demanding activities. Can I still enjoy the tours?

A: Absolutely! A private vehicle is the ideal way to tour when you wish to avoid strenuous activities and pressure to “keep up with the group”. If you need extra time to move about or take a rest, that’s never a problem. We can customize the itinerary to avoid walking long distances, limit stairs, and unstable ground such as trails. There’s lots to see without leaving the vehicle!
